I have nothing but great things to say about the gentleman that came to do the work at my Father's house. Our sliding glass door was jammed, we called around and were told by every other place I called that they don't repair them. That I would need a new one. I got a quote from Anderson's to replace the entire sliding glass door and 5 windows (glass and frames) and boy was that ridiculous over $30k. I called B & L to replace the sliding glass door and a couple of windows that were very foggy they came out and measured and asked why I wanted to replace the sliding glass door when they could just fix it. The gentleman could have tried to upsell me to replace the glass on all my windows and sliding glass door but he didn't. In fact he saved me money by telling me they didn't replace sliding glass doors. I could have ended up going with another company and replaced the sliding glass door but he said don't do that we can fix it. They Arrived right at 8 when they gave me a window 8-9 for measurements. That is refreshing! When it came time for install the gentlemen again arrived on time, they were very professional and did great work. Fixing our sliding glass door was no easy task my father and I tried to fix it our self but was rather complicated! So glad we reached out to B & L!

Had a 3-sided neo-angle shower enclosure installed by B & L. Looked great except there was no door stop added. I didn't realize I needed one (they're optional) until a guest kept opening it inward, banging the door against the showerhead. Matt and Jake came out and installed one at no additional cost in under 10 minutes. Great service and attitude! Much appreciated, guys!

This company is fantastic! We originally decided to call for a bid due to a broken garage window (it's baseball season). The representative that came out was friendly and helpful so we decided to ask about a cost to replace an ugly old yellow window as well. They listened to my ideas about what I wanted in place of the old window, and we decided to go ahead and replace it. When the day came for installation, the crew was on time and friendly. They told us they had allotted 4 hours for the job and they completed it in half that time. By the time they left I couldn't even tell they had been there except for the beautiful new windows.
