B&L's flagship residential category is custom frameless shower enclosures — every door templated to the actual bathroom, fabricated to the room as it is, and installed by a B&L glazier rather than assembled from a kit. We build the full range of styles: frameless sliding (bypass), semi-frameless, hinged, pivot, curved, 90-degree corner, and neo-angle. Glass runs from standard clear to low-iron for true-glass clarity, with optional protective coatings that reduce mineral staining over time. Hardware is led by CRL in finishes that match heritage metalwork — antique brass, polished nickel, brushed gold, and salt-resistant marine-grade platings beyond the standard chrome and brushed nickel kit. Every panel is tempered safety glass, fabricated to California shower-glazing requirements. Belvedere's 1900s–1920s Edwardian and Shingle-style estates on the island ridges are rarely square and almost never standard-spec — plaster walls, settled framing on hillside lots, openings out of plumb — which is why every shower is templated to the existing room and finished in a hardware tone that meets the house, not a catalog.
