Glazier Apprenticeship: Earn While You Learn
No glass experience? That's where a lot of our best people started. B & L's apprenticeship path is built for people who want to learn a skilled trade from the ground up: measuring, cutting and fabricating glass, setting shower enclosures, installing railings and windows, and running commercial storefront work, all while earning a paycheck the whole way.
B & L's program is a formal, non-union Registered Apprenticeship Program with the U.S. Department of Labor, so the skills you build are backed by a nationally recognized credential. You'll learn alongside experienced glaziers on real projects, build toward journeyman-level skill, and grow into roles with more responsibility and higher pay as you go.
